Over five years I worked across four teams, each at a different stage of the company's evolution.
I contributed to a platform vision that set the strategic direction for the entire app, launched a new navigation architecture, did a ground up redesign of our cart and checkout, created a collaborative household shopping experience, launched a cross company restaurant partnership, and shipped a new affordable offering for price sensitive customers.
The work earned two design patents, a promotion, and added up to hundreds of millions of dollars in run rate.

Led design on the biggest new bet in Instacart’s history. Started as a 40 day secret sprint to a product covered by Bloomberg, WSJ, Fast Company, AP, and The Verge. Reached $450M GTV run rate within months.
